Our focus is on products and practices that are as eco, animal, and human conscious as possible without compromising safety or quality.
ECO: Most of the hygienic supplies used, while single-use and disposable, are biodegradable. Cleaning products, soaps, lotions, paper towels, etc are as organic and ethically sourced as possible. There is total transparency regarding ingredients and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request.
ANIMALS: Supplies such as soaps and lotions are vegan and cruelty-free, meaning that they were not tested on animals and do not contain animal by-products. There is total transparency regarding ingredients and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request.
HUMANS, COMMUNITY & VALUES: We try to source supplies from local companies, as well as those that believe in sustainability and fair-trade. We love to support businesses owned by women, POC, indigenous peoples, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
When Andy created Soap Bubble Studio Tattoo she envisioned artistic collaboration with the community. This collaboration could be with other artists both established and emerging, other tattoo studios, and local companies. It is important that those we collaborate with share our values.
We even support the work of artists who do not tattoo but whose drawings can be translated into beautiful tattoo designs. Flash sheets from featured artists will be coming soon! If you are interested in participating in this project please contact us HERE .
Soap Bubble Studio is a safe space to our clients and collaborators, and a place where we can give service to the world in our own small way.
.CONSULTATION : Booking a consultation before getting a tattoo is highly recommended, especially for any kind of custom work. It provides you with the opportunity to make an informed decision and find the best design and execution technique for your tattoo. During the consultation, we work side by side to develop the design with the help of professional input. There is no obligation to book a tattoo, but providing you with direction and information will be beneficial to you no matter what.
CLEAN AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT : Our tattoo studio is quiet and comfortable, which is the perfect atmosphere for your tattooing experience. We pride ourselves on creating a clean and sanitary environment for all our clients. We understand that this is a personal journey, so we leave the choice to you: immerse yourself in a movie, listen to music, be the DJ and put on your own playlist, or find solace in meditative stillness. By limiting our appointments to one per day, you will never feel rushed. Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities. During your tattoo session Andy will explain and illustrate each step, ensuring transparency. We are happy to assist in whatever you need, and answer any questions you have.
FOLLOW UP : We genuinely care about your well-being, and that is why our support for you extends beyond the tattoo session itself. Before your appointment we send an email with pre-tattoo information which includes tips on prepping your skin for the tattoo session. Aftercare is included in the same email. It is important for you to care for your tattoo as it heals, and care for it in the months and years to come.
Furthermore, you will receive a follow-up message after your tattoo experience. This is to check in and see how your new tattoo is feeling, and to answer any questions you may have. Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities, and we value your feedback.
