📦 SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification with a tracking number—please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

For custom artwork and personalized items, production and delivery timelines may vary based on the details outlined in your service contract.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Canada):
We ship across Canada using trusted carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping:
Currently, international shipping is not available.

Made-to-Order Policy:
Some product is crafted especially for you when you place an order. This on-demand model helps reduce overproduction—thank you for supporting mindful creation!
For some drop-shipped products, delivery times may be longer due to third-party processing. Specific timelines will be provided at checkout or via email confirmation.

Import Duties & Taxes:
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other fees. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Soap Bubble Studio.

Order Status:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipment confirmation, contact us at info@soapghoststudio.com with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate.
